She was able to gain our trust early on. On some key decisions, she has a way of making her points and changing our minds on the way to go, which worked out well. We would recommend her to our friends and families.
We used Kathie to buy a home in Morgan Hill. She was very personable, quickly got a handle on what we were looking for and in what price range, and began sending us listings and arranging for visits immediately. We were buying at a tough time. There was a lot of demand and not a lot of supply in terms of houses in our price range. When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, Kathie's advice on how to structure the offer was excellent. We were the middle offer in terms of price, but because of some other things we included in the offer, the sellers chose ours. Buying a house is rarely a completely smooth process. There's a lot of back and forth and a lot of details, and sometimes things fall through the cracks. All in all, though, things went smoothly and Kathie stayed engaged with us to the very end.
Kathie helped us buy our first home! As first-time buyers, we were very nervous about making such a big decision and Kathie took her time to explain every little thing in detail. She's very detail-oriented and extremely on the ball every step of the way. We had complete trust in her abilities and she delivered big time. Buying a home is a stressful process and you really need someone you can trust that's looking out for you. With Kathie, we never felt she was pushy at all but she always had our best interest in mind. Even when we got into some tough situations, she was right there to help us work it out. I can't recommend her enough as an agent and a person! Don't hesitate to work with her and I'd gladly work with her again.
Why am I writing a review 14 years after I used Kathie as my agent? Because I love my home and still remember how awesome she was in getting me through the process. There were many wrinkles, and many times in the negotiation process when it seemed things would not work out, but because of Kathie's diligence she found me a great home that I am still enjoying 14 years later. She is sharp, she knows the market, and she does not let anything fall through the crack. If I were buying or listing, she would be my agent now.
